    What could it be?

    I have an 89 turbo, when i rev it and return to idle it will then drop afr to 10.0 and try to shut off, vacuum reads 20. I took a video to show everyone what its doing any help would be greatly appreciated. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofuDgsDWAaE
