Yeah but I cant find any kits i have been on google for like 5 hours looking for BC kits. and nothing i have found is really what i was looking for nor can i find any thing along the lines of what i need where did you get your parts just from the shop.

I have a 87 head on a 89 block. i know that pro makes no difference but just to get it out there if it is needed. I am buying new BC valves and i have the springs and retainers in where should i get the valve "keepers"? BTW i am new to teh tuner world so i have no clue what these are or...

I just ended up going with the BC standard sized valves and BC springs and retainers.

but are BC the only brand that puts out cams?

256 is stock from what it states on a couple web sites.

any one got any suggestions im planning on going with the BC 264 cams i was wondering if http://www.titanmotorsports.com/fevapa.html the valve kit here would be the best option to go with for these or if not what would you go with. im planning on auto cross gymkhana and maybe drift with the car...

yeah but i have the head apart right now and the cam journals are pretty scared. So either way i am going to have to rebuild the head with new springs get machine work done and new cams would be in the work too. and plus you get 475 back with core charges.

I notice there is not enough room to really port match in the head. has any one done this and is it really necessary.

I dont have abs and how hard was it to rewire the headlights but i have the same thing i have 87 ecu and harness with a 89 car Sent from my LG-V909 using Tapatalk

sorry me and my dad are getting each other confused on this he use to work on american cars. when getting the ecu and wireing i need to get the same year as my car right? or ecu same as the motor and wireing same as car which one lol

ok so when getting a ecu i would need to get one that matches the year of my car not the year of the motor correct?

Alright i have a GTE that has a 87 head on it but a 89+ block. what wireing harness do i need to get or are they all the same? only reason i am posting is because of the difference in the block and head.
