Started the car yesterday and everything works fine except for that the RPM ans water gauge doesnt move, but I was thinking that it maybe is because I dont have the drive belt yet? Or sould I start to look somewhere else. Every other lamp on the dash is working.

Have a problem with the last contact on my 1JZ swap. The white contact is under the dash and the grey are from the 1JZ harness, they dosent fit and the wires doesnt match :( But when I did the soldering everything looked okey, wires match and so on..

After many hours of polishing and detailing this is how this years setup will be looking. Black silicone and vacum hoses are on its way.. Wishlist to next year are new paint and single turbo :naughty: 2007 2008

Hw do you control your aftermarket cooling fan/fans? If not through a EMS, do you use a thermostat? Hope that I could use one of all the OEM conectors to control the fan. Hpe you know what I mean :)

Dont have my engine nearby and I cant meassure the piping for the turbos. Think it is like 45 and 51mm or so, but I dont wanna guess :) Any other hoses/vacum lines that sould be replaced? Its a 1J.

When i was at the local Toyota dealer i thought i saw the the 1J and 2J has the same front and rear main seal, is that correct?

What fuses do i have to change in the fusebox? ALT / EFI fuses relays?

Didn't know what to search for so here we go.. How have you done to hold the ps pump in place when you have removed the a/c compressor? If you remove the a/c compressor the ps pump tilt down. Hope you know what i mean :)

Puting a 1JZ in my car and i have searched but didn't get so much out of it s here's the question.. 3" downpipe and all the way back Open air filter BCC unit AFPR, using stock ground pressure 3" IC piping FMIC 13-14psi on stock twins, whats the max recomended psi with stock twins...

Have searched but i didn't find any, or maybe i'm stupid! But these connectors where do i find them? These sould be cut in the 1JZ harness, 3 on top under the dash somewhere i think.
