I don't know about Salvage title, but I think they do get a note on it. However i went to get new plates and there are no new notes on my registration, just previous damage from the original owner in CA.

lol i used the $60 for new plates and part of a $52 fill up lol, they used almost a whole tank of gas.

actually the 7m-ge has about an inch longer cat than the 7m-gte as well, i compared the two side by side. the n/a cat pushes my rs*r exhaust out the back farther than my turbo cat did for sure.

i did 18x9.5 +35 with 275/35r18 all the way around on my car, i was a little worried when i orrdered them, but i'm VERY pleased with the way it turned out. i had to tap the lip of the fender a little bit in the front with a hammer and take the liners out, but i think its worth it.
