If 02 sensors will always fight back whatever piggy back you have... shouldn't we just put (lo: 68) (Hi: 69) and tune high only? EDIT: Nevermind, I tried it today, even tho the 02 sensors will try to put their own numbers, the safc does change something in the equation.
