Hey,
Trying to tighten the upper control arm ball joint, but after you get to a certain point the bolt starts to spin inside the ball joint.... how do you guys tighten it?

I think bluedragon17 might be onto something, cause i have the same problem and i pulled the engine out, and the throwout bearing is making sounds when u spin it, so i'm thinking that it might be it.....cause for me it only made sounds when slipping the clutch....and i have a SPEC Stage 3 W58 on...
I did check the valves and all of them came out right in the middle of the range they are suppose to be....
And the heat shields arent loose, did that as well.
Someting that was suggested was that the cams, might be not set to proper clearance, and in statuc they will give good valve...
Well the bolts arent stripped cause i helicoiled them during the rebuild....
Wouldnt i get black marks where the exhaust is leaking though if i had a leak?
Gonna check it out for sure though...

I got a problem. I have a weird ticking noise coming from engine. Now it's not the injectors, it's different. The noise in best heard with the hood closed from the passenger side wheel well. And also with the hood open right on top of the engine, around cylinder 3 and 4.

The thing with the JDM car u have NO CLUE what ur buying, u can't drive it, u can't even listen to how it runs, for all u know u might get a bunch of supra parts all in one package. But u know the shape of ur car and u can make it as reliable and fast as u want....either way ur looking at...
