It's a shit clutch. The only reason why people like them is because they hold power. The pressure plate ratings are OVERKILL. We have been using Competition Clutches for years with no problems. I personally have a STAGE 3 in my 91'. It's my daily and I would have to say peddle pressure is the...
This thread will help you identify if this is the right turbo for you.

Also.... keep in mind, if you're considering just doing a twin scroll setup without the QSV, then I would consider BW's new S364...
Yeah... I remember seeing your post. Very good information indeed. I really appreciate the answers. I'm going to probably buy one wheel to check for fitment on the BBK, this is of large concern.
Do you feel any difference with the 275 up front? Do you feel the car is more neutral and...
Have you considered a S363 with a QSV? You wont have to pay for the billet wheel and you can use with your QSV. The S363 is capable of doing mid 700's with your displacement. We have used this turbo in a twin-scroll configuration on the 1JZ with very good results.
Alright guys.... I know I'm a vendor here BUT i'm good at motors and chassis, not tires and fitment. So...... I really like Kevin's setup at the following post:
19x9.5 +22 (245/30/19) **rolled**
19x10.5 +22 (305/25/19) **Roll&Slight pull

If you're going to have something is near stock and enjoy it that way, I say 1JZGTE VVTi but if you plan to go big right off the bat, then go with a proper 2JZGTE.
Never heard of them. Then again, there are plenty of good places out there that are small JDM importers and do great jobs. Do your research and see what people say. Pay with a credit card for safety sake and look at their warranty. $1500 is nominal for a 1JZ VVTi motor and everything included...
Hvyman is absolutely correct. If anything, they do not have anything to do with one another. If you choose a Tial bov, make sure to get the correct spring based on vacuum.
Thank you.
Softer coils is going to be part of your problem. It will allow for a lot of suspension travel. While suspension travel is needed, you don't need to have much to get a proper ride out of your coils. I run on STANCE SuperSports and Swift springs. I have my rates at 14k/10k which is nominal for...
You may want to look into something more reputable for clutch kits. DM's kit works but not for long, its eBay certified. LoL. We run Competition Clutch and Clutch Masters exclusively here at THMotorsports. We have had a good success record with there easy clutch peddle disengagement and clutch...
