hey guys... i got a 87 turbo targa in lees summit... up by kansas city

my car feels like its not boosting.... almost like hitting fuel cut no matter what boost im running... all intercooler pipes are fine, the turbo shaft spins freely and little shaft movement, im just running open down pipe so nothing is clogging the exaust, my boost gauge goes to 0 until 4500...

yes i did, and i do just let it idle, i dont touch the gas or anything, thats why i thought it was my ecu, bcuz i thought that would be the only explanation for the codes doing what they are doing, but you guys said that it probably wasnt, and i dont have another ecu to check it out or anything

ok, first of all, the jumper to the connector not the diag jumper, and in post #39 jdub told me to do that shit again, and like i said the 51 code did come up when i hit the gas, and stopped when i let off, i did clearify that, but when i started it, it stayed on, thats when i cleared it again...
