yeah I really dont know the powerlevel. I will try to put it on a rototest dyno anytime soon , then we will know. I will post results here and hopefully get on the hp-list aswell.
:biglaugh:
Did some testing on the streets of stockholm @ 21 psi of boost. Im going to put this car on a dyno next week, I am curious about the results :)

turn up the volume and enjoy !
and yes its silly :):) the background music is Crocketts theme and...
:evil2: :biglaugh: well, atleast I can say that the car really took off for a change :naughty:
does anyone have a dyno chart with a PT67DBB 0.68 turbo? would be great to see
have done some more testings today. with two port wastegate control and temporary raised the rev limit to 7000 rpm (i know, high for a 7M) things finaly starts to happen . (with the improved timing map) boost still doesnt come alive when i need it , it build quite slow as usual...
yeah im pretty sure, as it has some light scratch and markings from the blades. its very light though. have tried taking the pressure from manifold vs compressor , it was no difference in behavior.
the feedline is coming direcly from compressor housing thru a 6 mm connector. the waste spring is a 11 psi. boost is normally regulated by a boost solenoid. solenoid is pressure tested, and have also tested with all hoses disconnected to see what boost the spring alone gives. even tested...
Okay so now I have edited my ignition map, with a bit more advance. In fact I have downloaded five different AEM ignition maps for comparison. So I am quite sure its all good for making boost and power.
so I got out and tested... and WTF ! still no power and no boost. All the...
this looks very rough and not good in my opinion
when I lapped my block it was so smooth as a glass surface, with perfect finish on it. took 8 hours to get it perfect. using a HKS 1.2 bead on that
it has been raining like crazy here in Sweden so i havent got the chance to test it yet. but i will go out and do this asap when the roads are dry again.
will report back when i know how it turned out
thanks :)
thanks
yeah its still there but I plan to remove it (if needed?!) whole fuelsystem is built to handle my goal at 600 rwhp. about the damper, is it really any good for anything or just a restriction. when I look at my datalogs with fuelpressure its very stable and holds up...
here is a overview pic of the engine bay today. Just did a compression check (a brand new set of ROSS forged was installed 3 weeks ago) and the numbers were perfect as expected. 160 psi across the board. plugs were in excellent condition and color.
I will send you a PM soon with links to screenshots of my timing maps. MBE EMS has dual map system with basetiming TPS vs RPM , and the boost correcting map MAP vs RPM. looking forward to get comments from you
thank you very much
about 0.96 AR yes now that you are saying what I...
