i tried gettin engine shots but they were fuzzy but the engine is rather clean theres no rust expect the headers and there a cold air intake from theres it's stock

yesterday i took off the cam gear cover so you can see more of the car but now when i take my car over 4000 rpms the water temp goes up rather high and when u let off the car cools back down to normal i was wondering if the water was heating from the cam gears like that the cover...
