...... REPLACED THE ECU. I CALLED DRIFTMOTION AND HE SAYS 2 OUT OF 10 ECUz that get recapped are still fried. got another ecu and the car runs fine.

hey cool :-) another 1jz well yeah i have me and my buddie that work on the 1j well.. this is my first one so im just learning but im a tech for nissan so i know my general basics when it comes to these.

sparkplugs are black cleaned them they're fine... just running rich hahaha. i have 440cc injectors on a stock pump. and no i dont really have anyone that lives around my area with a 1j that i know of :(... i checked the fuel pressure and its fine.

hey guys im having trouble with my 1j. i thought maybe it could have been the ecu capacitors so i took it to driftmotion to get them worked on. still the same problem at start up runs like crud. misfire, white smoke, and fuel coming out of the exhaust. then it runs fine just at about 1100 idle...

hey aaron i took my ecu to get the capacitors done and it still does the same thing. :( was just wondering if i could take it back and have u test it on one of your cars. the thing is its a random problem usually after the car sits for a couple of days. well hopefully im not the only one with...
