The mechanic that is working on my car tells me it needs an ecu. My car wouldnt start because it had a bad cps, I fixed that but now the mechanic said that only four of the cylinders are working. 1 and 6 do not inject gasoline into the cylinders, it has compression and spark but no gas? The car...

I have an a manual 89 turbo supra that needs an ecu, I know someone who is selling one locally, but I dont know if it will work? The ecu in question is for a 91 turbo but its for an automatic tranny, Will that work for my car? My car is not NA-T, it is a stock turbo 5 speed. Thanks Adrian
