leak was in the center of the head running over the egr cooler.. got the two metal hoses off the back of the head(involved a 1 1/4 inch socket and a tire tool lol). i suspect the washer/gaskets are worn out.
Just got the head put back on the supra after a bhg. Didnt even get it out of the garage and noticed a coolant leak at the back of the head. So i took off the hose that runs from the pipe behind the exhaust mani and inspected it to find no tears or holes. This makes me think it is that metal...
hello all, im in the process of putting the supra back together and im needing to replace the hose that runs from the head to the thermostat housing. i've got some new hose but it is going to get pinched shut due to the tight angle of the bend it has to make. Is there anything that can be done...
umm.. there is no tag located above the brake booster... i pretty sure its not an lsd... will not do dual tire burnouts.. also LSD is not listed on the original window sticker i have
the reason i am interested in an LSD is because i live in the country and want to have some more traction for when the roads turn to crap in the winter... also i think my open diff is goin bad. a vibration has developed over the past couple days, it will vibrate and then smooth out and repeat...
