    the timing is fixed its just having a problem of not going past 4,000 when i accelerate fast.. i mean its not a problem im not trying to race it but i just wanna know why its doing this..

    UPDate fixed the timing lol.... :) idle and drives good still has a problem, when i accelerate hard it only goes up to 4,000 rpms but i think its the tranny it shifts right away when i let off.... :(

    the exhaust manifold is glowing as well...i reset the timing on the ignition last week,

    ive already done this last week because i thought it was timing too glowing red would be a clogged cat also the exhaust is un-normal like louder than it should and i noticed today black shit and smoke.. coming out my cat now that i hit it tryin to break shit up in it..

    i think it might be that the exhaust is clogged... idk... like the cat.. headers are glowing red and i hit the cat with a hammer some shit fell out smoking ,,, let me know guys

    well i was kinda asking if the fuel smell like a leak would have any kind of result in why the rpms wont go up is what i mean. sorry ;) where should i look first with the fuel leak.... ive already looked at the injectors so thats 1 and ive already been by the tank nothing dripping...

    IN STALLED THE fuel filter same problem ... i was reading up on another forum someone took out the fuel pump and cleaned the filter it has on it... the syptomons where almost the same so i guess ima have to dropp the tank... idk what do you guys think... i wish i had a fuel pressure reader..

    well as far as what ...lol im as clueless i tried a new coil ignitoir that didnt work... ummm its idlein rough when it first starts im smellin gas too what side is the fuel line on?

    struts on a 89

    alright so im doing the struts on my supra and i noticed when i went to go pick up the new ones they have no plate to hold the spring so i guess my question is does the plate that holds it come off or what?
