thanks pips for all your help with this, so when monitoring the gauge(wideband) and setting the boost controller ive just got to keep it central and no problem with it going green ,just when it goes red too the right of the dial.

just fitted me new aem gauge and alarm bells going off when putting me foot down.wideband gauge displays around 14-15 when tickover but when i give it some stick it travels to the left and goes straight down to 11 (the lowest reading). ive read this shows its dangerously lean and need some...
think im finaly getting somewhere now (ten galons of fuel later) my new settings are as follows
set =55
gain =14
set gain =11
feel ok to drive and reading around 145 which i prosume to be 14.5 psi.
what do you recon to my figures ?
sorry for being thick but wats auto and manual mode ? and the start boost is the set gain isunt it and mine is set at 1.74 but aint sure if that means 1.74 in psi
i know its the same old crappy question but im getting nowhere with the setting up. my settings are as follows -
gain = 19%
set = 1.74
warning = 1.20
warning L = 14%
i dont understand what the set gain is and im assueming 1.74 is psi (1.2bar)
could someone comfirm thisfor me and advise...
im fitting a oil preasure and rpm gauge into me dash but rather than fit a sandwich plate and relocation kit for the air filter can i use the dash wires already there via the loom pips, if so anyone know where to locate the rpm signal and oil preasure signal wires . thanks
