I too recently did the 134a conversion. Last year I was blowing ice cold on original r12, this year, not so much. Cans gage showed about 15lbs of R12 in the system, so I captured the r12 and replaced it with 134a (did not vacume) and it seems to work pritty well. On the Highway I get steddy...

1. Have you guys checked for codes? TPS can screw with your timming and can cause all kinds of issues. 2. Also check for leaks on your intake pipes and BOV. 3. Is your BOV setup for recirculation? If not then I've found it can really jack with your fuel/air ratio when you let off the gas...
