It's pretty easy to cook Turkey without making it dry. When preparing it - put it in breast side DOWN for at least an hour when cooking, then turn it the right way up - breast gets infused with the juices and fats, skin goes extra crispy :)
Personally, i'm spending it in Guernsey with my gorgeous partner - got all my presents bar a load of chocolate for the grandparents and in-laws :)
The one thing i'm dreading, is the inevitably dry, flavourless turkey that i'll be presented with and have to feign interest in :D
Yah - i just read the post you made a few years back about it - will check them, too. I'm hoping the wear won't be too bad, considering it's a fairly low mileage engine that's been well maintained during its life.
It's been over two years since i updated this thread, and i still have the car, although since my move to the UK, it's been kinda languishing in France. It still starts & drives, but still needs the valve clearances to be sorted and for it to be fitted with an AFPR. It'll take me a few months...

When you say downpipe do you mean a standard CT26 elbow would fit, or just the downpipe section?
Thats what i thought as well, but was then told by someone at sound performance, via email, that it wasn't water cooled, thus leading to my confusion.
