I would say those are about right. If it's your first time pulling the manifold, I would give a few hours leeway. It's not as easy and simple as it looks just because of the random vacuum, coolant and electrical lines that need to be moved around.

Interested... Honestly anything over $120 is pretty steep for a coil cover. Try to keep it below that price if possible.
