    Just an FYI, if you replace your harmonic balancer with an aftermarket one like this one http://www.titanmotorsports.com/timoda2jcrpu.html, you will need a new serp belt that is two inches longer. I got a 77 inch one and it works perfectly with the AC and PS.

    1jz tach issues

    I did my 1JZ swap and used an MSD tach adapter from DM(http://store.driftmotion.com/static/i-msd8920.php). My tach works fine, and my speedometer works fine too. I did disable the ABS since I forgot swap out the speed sensor on the trans, and I got tired of looking at the ABS light.

    I got an AEM ECU in it now, and it runs like a champ. If you have not had your capacitors replaced yet, I would go that route first. Driftmotion will do them pretty cheap if you don't feel comfortable soldering them in yourself

    I am in Florida, and it rains just about every afternoon this time of year. I drained my tank when I changed the fuel pump, so the gas is pretty fresh. It does it in the morning before it rains too.
