Do I feel like an idiot! You are correct Supraguy, I did not switch the meter from 2k to 20k. The readings are now within spec:
VTA - E2 = 5220 ohms (full throttle)
VC - E2 = 7190 ohms

Found the plug! When I pushed the main harness through the firewall, that plug was left behind. Had to take all apart to hunt it down. Good thing you saved me from going the other route.

Does anyone know if that butchered plug should go to the HAC sensor? I'm trying to resurrect my car and one of the codes I get is 32 ('88 7M-GTE). The sensor has no plug going to it an that is the only 3 prong harness I could find nearby.
