    what would cause a knocking only on turns to one side? diff? I think my diff needs a rebuild.

    Power Steering Rack Centering How critical ?

    The alignment shop should have fixed everything so that the wheel is centered when the rack is centered. If they didn't, I'd take it back and get them to fix it.

    7m running RICH

    just the basics, but did you double check the timing? all of the wires to the AFM and CPS in good condition? you can disconnect the fuel injectors and just crank the engine to make sure your base timing is correct.
