Supra Dynasty The Saving, Death & Resurrection of My A70 (V-Mount)

Props for fixing this supra twice! Looks like a fun build. I've used one of those 80mm throttle bodies before. I'm not sure if the one from DM is different but it looks exactly the same as the eBay ones. I had problems with the shaft leaking and binding on mine causing an erratic idle. Switched...

What did you do to your supra today? Pics

I like the idea Era, way slicker than stickers. This car I'm working on was a purple one I got as a dd a few years ago, not the vmount car... I'll start a build thread after the holidays

LSx Swap Guys? Looking For Contacts

youd be better off running a single. Use a borg warner s475 or similar. they can be had for relatively cheap and will actually last longer and make better power than anything(cheap) else out there. With a single it will be lighter, easier to plumb, less heat, from what I've seen of the junkyard...

V-mounted MKIII Third times the charm.

Thanks guys, I had this car driving for about 2 months before I pushed the ge/high comp engine with a bit too much boost trying to beat my friends mk4, California pump gas and 18psi was the right combo to spot some aluminum out on the freeway, I blame my ego for that one... I made another hood...

What did you do to your supra today? Pics

Got some more work done, started prepping for new frame work... Now just waiting for some clear time to put it up on the frame table. Looking forward to trying those auto tranny mods once this is a car again.

What did you do to your supra today? Pics

Atm, my car would give me trouble with this sometimes, I found I could loosen the rearmost subframe bolt then hook a good ratchet strap to the back of the subframe and the tow hook, slowly tension it till it moved the subframe enough to get that bolt past.

    Kiraush's Dream Car

Nobody has told you yet but retorque the head bolts!!! I personally use normal oll 10w-30w napa brand oil in all my cars to save a few bucks. Just change it every 3k and it will do good. Rather than a sound system a divorced downpipe/3 inch exhaust might be something to look into. Listen to...

What to Do With Old T64 Turbo

There was a turbo kit very similar to yours on a local 7m here. It made good power through a built auto. I don't know the numbers it was never dynoed however it pulled pretty good at 15 pounds. Running it seems like a good option to me. Might as well bolt it up just for the sake of it and see...
