Hmm interesting thread. I am running a HK 150 watt amp and a diamond D3 12" sub (2hm dual voice coil) run in series so putting a 4 Ohm load on the AMP. I'm running it in a 2CF ported box (its tuned) now when we were tunign the system on install had a neighbor from 5 houses down the street...

Agree with Justin on that. the subs will have to bet set up in parallel to drop them to 4 Ohms and if you don't know what your doing its going to 1 sound like crap and 2 sound like crap. do you have an enclosure for the subs?

Ita all good just making sure I was not confused :) you tune the box with a wave generator and changing the length of the port. the port in my enclosure is not straight either it has a 90 degree bend in it. we tuned it to 37 Hz. we found a wave generate program on the Internet and ran that...

Uhh maybe im wrong but aren't those Capacitors and not a condenser?
