i got the same problem. Tried sealing it with sealant, didnt work.

I had a seal on the passenger side that was leaking bad. I put some of that lucas powersteering leak stop in, and it hasn't leaked a drop for the past two weeks. We'll see how long it lasts... Anybody else used this? how long did it last?

Hey everybody, I had a quick question, what is the difference between the 7mge and 7mgte ARP headbolts? Are they the same? and can you use the 7mgte bolts in a 7mge.

i rebuilt this one myself, and it is pretty much stock. the pistons are .040 though, and it has a cold air intake. but other than that bone stock!

when i first started it, i had forgot to hook it up, it would start and idle, but if you touched the gas it died. hooked it up and she would rev just fine. This problem is more of the engine getting tight inside or something. Is this common with new engines or part of the break in period? and...

I've been researching engine break in and have been getting conflicting reports. every other one is saying to break it in hard and fast, or slow and soft. Which is really better? Thanks for the help!

Ya, I wasn't thinking when i was typing. The efi relay and the main power relay in the left kick pannel were both bad. The ultimate problem was caused by my stupid mistake though! I had missed hooking up the intake ground some how. it was hanging down touching the starter power wire. It wasn't...

yes, it said main on the fuse box lid. the TSRM called it a efi main relay. it was a round cylinder shaped thing.

I check the fuse, it was bad. I've got one coming monday.

so, if my alternator was bad, i still wouldn't get spark? I have replaced my distributor, coil and ignitor, still no spark, the car turns over, just no spark, and the stupid lights are still on. how do you check an alternator if the car won't run?

Battery was installed correctly. Could my ecu be fried? I don't understand how there can still be power to something after the car is off and the key is out. crazy!

I checked that, nothing changed. While I was checking that, I touched the main fuse, ( the big round one) it was hot to the touch is this normal?
