so I found out some threads around the drain hole were cracked so I bought teflon tape and gasket maker. Wrapped teflon tape on drain plug and sealed the gasket on with gasket maker and I even used gasket maker around the drain plug after I torqued it. Now its on tight no leaks! hope it won't be...
