Always cover with plastic the IGNITOR/ Alternator/ COil Packs/ CPS/ Heater relay and sparkplug galley before you spray down the engine compartment.
Since you did not, take Q-tips and use a rubber band to attach it to a screwdriver. Stick the Q-tip between the sparkplug and the HEad to absorb...
I had the problem when I first got my car. I took off the door panels and tightened up the bolts. It's amazing how loose they had become. That fixed it.
While I was there I put Dynamat extreme through out the whole door to cut down on vibration and road noise.
TPS(Throttle positioning sensor). It is either going bad or was not adjusted when you put it on the Throttle body. Yes, you must use a volt meter to adjust it before you tighten down the screws. Check the TSRM
One thing to look at is the AFM. The electronics is one thing but the honeycomb vortex can be causing your problem. Look into the end of the AFM and inspect for damage. IF part of the honeycomb has been damaged then the vortex of air changes going into the AfM electronics. This can cause the car...
