    My camry had this problem a few years ago, the little door that opens the heater side of the box was stuck, a 2" holesaw and 20 mins later it was fixed and i just plasti-welded the core back into its place

    You can use the duel pump hanger with 400lph, its a little tricky to do but you can put 1 on the outside of the bracket, only thread on the lower bolt on the second pump and use a swivel and extensions to tighten the 2 once its just inside the tank, other solution is to run an external secondary...

    Great thing about having a supra, it also has PMS but doesn't bleed from it's oil pan 7 days a month :P

    Just make sure you stay at a min of 40% duty cycle and a max of 70% you should be able to do that easily with 1000cc

    You can get one of the newer high flow universal cats, non restrictive and they are made for v8 applications so it'll do just fine as far as emissions goes
