no. i dont have that tool. the dealer i bought the engine from said the HG was ok. but still i prolly should check compression. where would i get the compression check tool

jus installed a used jdm 7MGE. hooked everything up right. did the timing. set it to 13 degrees starts up fine nice and strong. ALOT of white smoke comes oout the exhaust. i figure its normal so i let it run for a few minutes and it does not stop. lots and lots of white smoke. previous engine HG...

k guys tried the key trick. car started but i dont think its the alarm. ok the low down. got mk3 7mge. no start. had to push to start. why?????????? speculations= CSI? bad starter? or does my car jus not like the cold right now? already...

well when i got the car the fuse in the fuse box for the alarm was taken out. ill try the key thingy. the clutch switch does not seem to be bad its still in tact. i might have to just b pass it to where its just connected all the time.

during acceleration there i feel vibration between 40 and 60 mph, and then equalizes after that. im thinking its eaither my warn suspension or my drive shaft. my speculation about my suspension maybe so because when a make a deep turn (as if im making a u turn) there is a loud clicking sound...

i have a 87 mk3. climate control is not working. but new belt on compresor and recharged it with 134. does not blow cold air, it does not even blow hot air. it just blows air what ever the temp is outside. before i did my 7mge swap it at least blew hot air when i raised the temp.

not to sure but i think its comming more from the top side. i used my stethascope to listen to the oil pan to see if it was rod knock and it fine. some others suggested valve drop wich is more than likely the case but i dont know how check the clearance. is ther some kind of tool that i can use...
