Yeah the XS one i have is the same thing as that one. I want one with the turbo placed a little up, further forwards, and rotated a bit.

Well I did it, and only found a very very minor one at the compressor housing. So i pulled the bolts out and put sealer on them. To add to the stuff I put on the first post, I have the base timing set at 10 degrees. Could my crappy 2.5 inch muffler be the problem? Sorry if I sound like a retard...

Wastegate is set to 18 psi. Im pretty damn sure i dont have any boost leaks. I have run it on the dyno and it only makes 8 psi on a full 4th gear pull. Which frankly sucks. What size exhaust housing should i get if im shooting for around 500 wheel? Maybe 550. There arent many other choices for...

My exhaust is 3". But it does go down to a 2.5" at the muffler. Its a crappy cherry bomb lol.

I reused the gear without a press. Just drill the original dowel out, and i forget how i got the gear off. Hammer and a vice I think.

Did you mess with any ground straps? Does it click when you turn the key?
