    Which MHG to go with??

    Which brand metal head gasket has everyone had luck with? Any to stay away from? BTW: 7mgte with low miles and planning on using arp head studs and leaving the bottom end alone.

    Running rich will definitely not cause pinging, but running too low of an octane fuel will. And spark knock is caused by high combustion temps which could be fuel, timing, running lean, running no egr.
