Wiring harness help

Can the pre89 engine wiring harness be used with the 89+ body wiring harness? Im asking because im reusing a pre89 wire harness+ecu and i have a 89turbo chassis.

It looks like one of the clips has a wire in the wrong spot... I was wondering if anyone has just clipped everything up and had it work okay... if not, i have a 89+ ecu but not a 89+ engine wiring harness.... does anyone have a good condition harness if i need it? Any input is appreciated.

Pre-89 Harness won't work with an 89+ ECU.

Ryan, you can get new harnesses if you're willing to spend the cash for one. I would go for that option in a situation like this, so at least if something doesn't go right its one less variable.

IIRC, some of the plugs will work, and some won't...can't remember which.

Im pretty sure the ABS computer plug will connect, but i'm not sure about the others...
