Window Switches and Filp Up Lights Not Working

Whats up guys, i bought my supra as a project car. the whole thing was ripper apart. i put most of the car back togeather, got her running, but i am having a few electrical issues. My windows dont go up and down and my lights dont filp up or work, the guy that owned the car before had the lights allways up and wired directly to the battery and a toggle switch, i rewired them to the three wires up front and nothing. Also note that switches for the lights blinkers and wipers are pulled out of an mr2, everything else works. My windows dont work eather, the motors are new, all the wiring is good, it has to do with the switch i think, thanks for the help in advance. if you need any more info just let me know, thanks
