I capped off my turbo nipple and T'ed into my manifold vacuum for my BOV. So i finished my turboxs dual stage installation. Now i Boost 9 solid on the low setting and my high setting spikes to 14 and then falls to 11psi. My wastegate also has two shims on each side. So is manifold vacuum less responsive than the turbo vacuum which results in the boost spike?
Will manifold vacuum cause boost spike, instead of using turbo vacuum?

The BOV vacuum source is from the manifold on the stock setup. It comes from the front of the manifold. What exactly did you cap off on the turbo?
You want the wastegate coming from the compressor housing, and you want the BOV getting vacuum from the manifold. Just like it is stock.
