Will loose bolts on driveshaft flange cause traction problems?

I have a traction problem. I thought it was my differential, so I took it out to send to have it rebuilt. I took it to shop and they inspect it. They said my differential is fine . Its tight and the clutch pack is fine. When they put it back together they just use impact wrench. That make me worry. Now I have to check the torque value the impact put on. I remember when I took the diffential out, the bolts on the driveshaft and pinion flange is only finger tight. I can't believe nothing come apart since I own it in 5 years. I make at least 20 pass at the strip since I own it. Do you guys think with the bolts being loose it might give me traction problem. It work fine below 15 psi. Above 15 psi I hear something whining and I thought it was my differential.

Thanks
