Hi, i got a eMange ultimate, wich got a launch-contorl option wich is to activate with a clutch-pedal switch or with the sdeepd-signal. But the ultimate 2-step is not "hard enought" (sorry i dont think the ride word in english), so i mean the revs go to much up.-and down and dont stay constant like the one from cody philipps and ryan woon as example (i think they use the aem launch-control). So in worst case i relase the clutch at exactly the time where the rpm is a bit to slow, and got a bad launch...

What options i got with my setup? I wanna keep the eMange.
I think about somthing like the "rushracing" 2-step http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IzX4Ab-73kI.

My setup is: 7M, SP-67, emange ultimate, 750 inj., 3" exhaust, etc..
Oh and i wanna keep the clutch-switch set-up....

A other thing i wanna ask is: If its better to go on 6 igniton coils, ,like on the 2jz? I can control them with the EMU. I dont knowe if that has somthing to do with, i have not much experience with electronic, but i woundering why the moste 7M`s have so bad 2-steps.

Any help?

Regards Breth

i used to run a rush anti lag befor i went with the aem and loved it. once it activates the tach bounces around a lot but the rpms are still where you had them set, it does that because the unit is intercepting the signal to the ecu. this is my car with the rush
my car is at 4:40 in this vid

Im defenitly go and update to 6 single-coil for the ignition and convert to direct ignition. Then it needs only half the crank-rotations with cuting the ignitionsignal per cilinder. So then ts more like the one on ryan woon`s car..... The revlimiter is then more constant (its sounds then more like a machinegun) and you have constant launches.....
The other thing is, with a aftermarket 2-step-controler like the rush-racing as example you can combinate that with the eMange ultimate. You can write a map for the 2-step-modus in the emanage, wich gets aktivatet with the clutch-switch.. So i need a externe 2-step-box wich i can activate with the cluch-switch and not with the speed-signal. I dont know how the rush-racing-box is aktivated..... (the eMange would have two options: aktivation per speedsingal or switch as example). So when the clutch is pushed and the 2-step-box is aktivated AND the eMange is in "launch/2-step mode" the map you writed is aktivated, where you can make a pretty lean AFR with the ignition and fuel to produce much heat in the manifiold to helping spinn the turbine as example....
