why am i hitting fuel cut at 9psi

87 supra turbo auto

mods
cooleeze downpipe
cooleeze test pipe
cooleeze exhausth system
intercooler pipping
intake
shim wastegate with two 9 3/8mm washer on each bolt

using a hks boost guage

i just want to know why am i hitting fuel cut at 9psi. Isnt the factory fuel cut set for 13~14psi? i just want to boost 10psi, asits my dd.

Look for cracks, or loose connections in you IC pipes.
