WHP difference between Stock JDM and US 2JZGTE's..

Just clarifying what the whp numbers are for both jdm and usdm spec 2jz's in stock form because I was getting mixed info. I know that the jdm spec was rated lower hp due to smaller injectors, different cams (more aggressive?), and ceramic turbos but is said to have more torque. Is the usdm spec that much faster overall? Dyno graphs welcome..:icon_bigg

Yes, jdm turbos suck, usdm turbos are better. JDMs will max out about 400-420whp where as USDMs will max about 450whp. If you plan on staying with the twins for a while go USDM. If you want a single turbo eventually just stick with the JDMs till they blow and go single, or just go single from the get go.

Fwiw, I made 400whp (394 really) on (usdm) stock twins @ 18 psi (falling to 16) on 93 octane in my old 2jz mkiii
