I have looked around and found conflicting information (or so it seems).
TurboNinja's site http://www.turboninjas.com/supra/ma...nitions (XDF's)/TunerPro v5 Files/v5.20&s=&r=
Lists the 87-88 v5.20 XDF as Vehicle 0
BUT FullThrottleTech http://fullthrottletech.com/showthread.php?t=3944&page=2 says it should be vehicle 2.
Ironically both point to the TurboNinja's site.
I have tuned my 7M-GTE previously, however I had to replace the hard drive in my laptop and lost my files. I don't want to select the wrong vehicle type XDF and cause all kinds of tuning mayhem.

Vehicle 1 - DSM with Keydiver chip. with key-off delay, spark controlled by analog signal (spark base set to match chip)
Vehicle 2 - Stealth/3000GT, Supra. with key-off delay, spark directly controlled
This is the one you want: TPro500Vehicle2.xdf
