I found a guy here in town parting out 3 supras.
One a turbo, and I've considered checking out the R154 and LSD. So what would be a decent amount to offer for the complete R154 swap? Or, What would you offer for just the LSD alone? (As long as it's in decent condition) :1zhelp:

I paid $96 for everything for a r154 swap from a local pull a part, and i mean everything I needed then some.

That's what YOU paid.

That guy will NOT sell it for all of that. I guarantee it.

OP: For the trans, driveshaft, pedals, shifter, LSD, transmission support brackets, I would offer 400 and see what he says. You could get lucky. It'll likely be in the 600+ range for all of that (R154 and LSD) if the guy is aware of the commonly going rate of these.

I got lucky and paid ~450-500 when everything was said and done, with 375 being for an 80k mile transmission.

From a pick and pull on 50% off day you could get everything for like 300$m so i think 400$ is not a bad price considering the r154 itself can go for that.

I paid 300 for everything needed to swap from a auto to manual r154. From a local salvage yard. Your looking somewhere between 300~500. cheaper if your lucky.
