What Upgrade is my ct-26?

sup guys, i wanna know if theres a way to tell what upgrade my turbo is. I believe that mines been upgraded, but the seller who had it done didn't elaborate. I have no clue.

looks like a 87-91 supra turbo to me. i think its a ct-26 :stickpoke ..... just kidding there is no real way to tell unless u take the wheels out and get to measuring

interesting fact. i found out my ct-26 has a t3 oil channel. the oil lines are on the top and the return is on the bottom. doesn't this make the turbo more stabil?

most all turbos are set up like that....yours isn't different...it needs to be that way or you'll flood the turbo.

because of the upgrade?


i know the stock turbo has both the in and out on the bottom of the turbo

more than likely yes...it's just a better way to oil the turbo...but it doesn't make it a super special ct....if your turbo is a 61-1 or 60-1 it probably won't last long anyway.
