What type of title does your Supra have?

I bought mine from the salvage yard back in 1997 ( I am the 2nd registered owner) after it had been deemed "totalled" (I actually was driving it after replacing a lower suspension arm) by the insuurance company, so it has a Salvage Title. When I moved to Georgia and transfered the title it came back as a Standard Title. The state then realized their mistake and MADE me apply and pay for re-titling the car for its Georgia Salvage Title. I also had to pay the inspector that the BMV sent to my house to approve the vehicle as roadworthy even though I had been legally driving it for two years in Indiana. It is my understanding that once your vehicle is assigned a Salvage Title it cannot ever be titled with a Standard Title (goodbye resale value).
I got a trooper. Eight owners before me and a clean title. Wouldn't know it though lookin at that banged up whore. I still luv her though.
