I wanna rebuild a cylinder head and i found some COMP cam valve springs for cheap, just wondering if COMP makes springs for the 7mgte. And what is the best valves and springs for this engine.

I'm running the Comp Cams springs with the stock valves. Just cleaned them up really well before throwing them back in with some new seals.
Overall it feels much better over 5k than it used to. Nice and smooth all the way to redline.
975-12 is the part number. You need 2 boxes. They're for a big block Chevy but someone on here figured out they work for the 7M.
