What Shop to trust

I was hoping people would know a shop in MA (south coast) where the people working would have experience with 7M engines? just wanna get the car checked out and need an honest place

no such thing! I'm a firm believer in makeing sure you know whats wrong with the car before takeing it to a shop....and tell them to fix ONLY what you ask and supply your own parts!!!

Not mentioning shop names but I was told a wheel bearing was going to cost me over $200 just for the bearing...went to toyota and got quoted $85....then went to advanced auto and got quoted $65....not putting down the guy who quoted me $200 as he was just doing his job (great guy btw)!

The only place i can think of is in your own garage. If it's something you dont understand, look for people on SM that live in your area that are willing to help you.

Thanks for the replies... Owning a supra is turning into a learning experience, but it's all worth it (even if it's only N/A )
