Man, that car is not so bad, I've seen some real hideous MKIII creations, this doesn't come close to the Celica nose or some of the others. Not too fond of the rear mumber though. I bet it would be a blast to drift that thing with a stall speed.................and I'm not too sure about the scam, it has NM plates and the location is listed as NM.

I wouldnt really say it needs a lot of money. I would just look at the skirts and bumpers I think. Dunno how the rear lights light though....
