Weighing pros vs cons

Ok... these are the pros and cons of a supra I own and one I might be picking up... want your help to decide

Supra i have
Pros -
Sport Package
Passed MD Inspection
New Rotors, Calipers and Tires and 17" inch rims (not sure if that is a pro or con)
New Head

Cons -
Left quarter panel is rusted
interior could use some love
paint could as well (But I plan to repaint no matter which route I go)
170k Mile Engine (But I plan to replace the engine no matter the route I go)

Supra I have being held till I get funds
Pros -
Cloth Interior (no cracked leather)
New 7MGE (both cars are NA) and Tranny (40k miles from japan)
rims that I like (I am not a fan of too many rims)
Test Pipe
Can register as historic so no inspection / emission testing
HKS Exhaust
No Rust
Owner said he drove it as a daily drive (still have to go look at the car)
new rear rotors
new rear pads

Cons -
Needs front Calipers
JDM Engine (i dont know the shop that did it, and it was his friends shop, so who knows the job that was done)
Needs a paint job
Would not pass inspection (though it doesn't matter)
Speedometer is broken (so he says)
Power steering pump leaks
Interior still needs a little bit of love
no Sport Package (No LSD, Suspension, window cleaner)

Just want to get everyones opinions

Both cars are pre 89 (Car I have is 88, this car is 87)

No Rust = Pro to a power of 1000.

If a car has visible rust it's 9 parts fucked.

someone correct me if im wrong but ALL supras have LSD. so i would scratch that off of you cons. get the one that is on hold without a doubt.

Ah, if that is accurate, then I am a happy camper. I am not keeping both as I don't have the money, the time or the want for 2 Supras. I want to focus on one supra. If they all have LSD then That may be my final deciding factor.

If they do not have LSD, could I install LSD and how easy are they to find in the market? (I could have sworn the sport package for the NA's had LSD)

sport package na DID have lsd.

My car was NA and had a 4.30 LSD.

Any way I can be Mr. Sneakster and take the LSD off my supra and have that supra still function as a car so I can sell it, my selling adds do not mention LSD nor that it has a sport package so technically I am not lying to people by removing it.

The sport package made LSD standard on the 7MGE. You could still have it as an option, with out the sport package.

Nope

20 Years = Car has not been heavily modified or altered

25 Years = Anything goes basically
