Quick question about the fitting on the bottom of the water outlet, the fitting that the water bypass hose (the small 90* hose) connects to.
Is the fitting circled usually part of the water outlet, i.e. is it pressed into the casting?

My car has a screw-in union fitting, kinds like the one on the top of the housing for the turbo coolant line, but much larger. Is this standard?
I'm suspecting no, mainly because I can't find that part in the EPC anywhere.
Car is an 89 ADM model too.
