Okay this is pissing me off, I've been trying to do a timing belt project and its been turning into a fix everything else project. Now I broke the head of the Bolt that holds the Water Outlet in place, and the stud is stuck inside.

I filed down the stud to be completely flush with the rest of the housing. then i drilled the center. Everything was going well until the drill bit broke. What do I do now???

I had the threads strip out on my lower bolt hole, the one you circled. The stock bolt uses a M6X1 helicoil.

It says in the kit to use a 1/4" drill bit.

You can always replace the water outlet housing.

I could replace it, seems like biotch to take out
