so i just picked up an 89 cressida it wasn't revving past 3500 rpms and found out there was a tps wire that was grounding out so i fixed it and it revs all the way up now but now i can hear the vsv clicking really fast almost like there is something wrong with it. now here is my real question would the vsv cause a bad idle and no low end power?
