vpc sensor voltages

I have a vpc and I'm getting the afm code with it. I went ahead and searched for the troubleshooting page and found this

I checked the voltages and I don't seem to be getting the 1.744 v from the pressure signal. Even from the vpc itself.

My question is, is my vpc bad, or the main wiring to the ecu harness related to the sensor harness at all? Thanks

Well, I got it running. However, when I do the sensor check on the safc, the 1st of the 3 values is fluctuating from 4.5xxx to 0 then back. Is this normal? I can't seem to find anything about the safc/vpc combo so sorry if this has been covered.
