I converted my vpc/fcon setup to 550's. (was running stock injectors before without problems) I am running rx7 high impedence injectors and have deleted my factory resistor properly. I have replaced the fuel pump with a walbro unit and also put in a aeromotive FPR set at 30psi with vac at idle. I also added a gcc unit. The engine runs pretty good with the dials straight up, but when I got wot my a/f ratio's go into the 9's. And this is at 1-1.2 bar (EBC) If I turn the gain knob back on the vpc it adjusts all of my map. So the engine will run lean at higher rpm's when it doesnt need to. Im wondering if theres any way I am suppose to be tuning this setup? What knob should I be messing with first? Is there a knob that is going to adjust my WOT runs only? I may try to just lean it out with the gcc at higher rpm's. Is the opt out knob just another gain knob? or does it only effect the map after fuel cut?
